Connect your Repsol Solred and MyAtlante credentials once in Integrations and the platform fetches the week's transactions for you — just like Via Verde.

• No statements to export: refuelling and charging sessions arrive with the weekly run.
• Each transaction lands on the right driver through the card set in the integration.
• For Atlante, the first connection sends a WhatsApp code to the manager; after that, collection runs without codes.
• Reprocessing the week does not duplicate expenses.

When you assign a vehicle to a driver, the handover report is ready; when the assignment ends, the return report is created.

• Filled with the data you already have: operator and TVDE licence, driver (tax ID, ID card, driving licence, TVDE certificate) and vehicle (plate, VIN, badge, insurance, inspection).
• Follows what Law 45/2018 requires: documents handed over, bodywork condition by area, mileage, fuel, deposit and signatures.
• Available in the vehicle's Handover and return tab and filed in the driver's documents, with its own numbering.
• The template is yours: edit the text in Documents or restore the default template.

Contracts, declarations and forms no longer need filling in by hand. In Documents, pick the template and the person and the platform writes the data for you.

• Works with Word (DOCX) and PDF — the document keeps its format and layout.
• Before saving you confirm each field that will be written and see a preview.
• Uses data from the profile, the company and the assigned vehicle.
• The file is filed in the person's profile, already approved.

Changing a driver's or owner's IBAN now leaves a trail.

• In the Bank details tab you see every change: date, previous value, new value and who made it.
• When you save an IBAN that already exists on another profile, the platform warns you and shows whose it is.
• More Portuguese banks recognised automatically in SEPA.

A set of fixes to week closing and payments.

• Owners with an IBAN no longer show up under Drivers without IBAN, and an IBAN corrected on the profile now applies to payments already generated.
• Deleting a pending payment returns its entries to pending, ready for the next one.
• Saving the profile no longer wipes deposit instalments, and manual bonuses and discounts are logged.
• The owner's rent protection is posted to the correct following week.

A new vehicle rental module, from the listing on your site to the rent being paid.

• Public catalogue at /alugar: customers pick the car, choose the dates and send the request.
• The rental offer lives on the vehicle record — daily, weekly or monthly rate, deposit and minimum days.
• Customers follow it in My bookings, with an access code by email, and see what is paid and what is still open.
• On approval the rent schedule is generated for you and marks on its own what is scheduled, due or paid.
• Tenant rules: minimum age, licence years, deposit, auto-approval and cancellation window.

The bookings module now closes the whole loop: the request comes in through your website and lands on the driver's phone.

• Public form on your own site, with an estimated price before confirming.
• Customers open My bookings with just their email — they get an access code valid for 15 minutes and see everything they have booked.
• Partner portal for hotels and agencies: they log in and request transfers on behalf of their guests.
• Configurable cancellation window — customers cancel on their own up to the hour you set.
• In the console: approval, driver assignment and commission calculated.

The assistant no longer lives only on the dashboard: it now works inside your mailbox.

• It classifies every incoming email and files it in the right folder on its own.
• It learns when you drag an email into a folder — the next ones from that sender go straight there.
• Replies open with a draft already written, which you can rewrite as you like.
• You can tidy the whole mailbox at once from the Smart inbox button.

Site Design is now open to everyone and no longer needs us for the essentials.

• Pick the public site layout from the Brand tab.
• The AI edits the pages for you — you ask, it writes.
• Pages is now within reach, at the top of the menu.
• Public pages load faster and the Sign in button goes straight to the login screen.

Navigation now shows the groups across the top, with a side column for the group you are in.

• Bonuses and Referrals no longer share a screen — each has its own.
• Fees, Bank details and Integrations moved out of the single Settings screen into screens of their own.
• Pages moved to the top of the menu, right after the Dashboard.
• The side column stays open or collapsed exactly as you leave it.

Every negative balance now records the week it originated from, in plain text.

• It shows in the description when the deficit becomes an expense, or in the notes when it becomes financing.
• The week the deficit is charged in does not change — you simply know where it came from.

Each owner's VAT rate lives on their record and is the one that applies end to end.

• Payouts and per-vehicle receipts use the rate on the record, with nothing overriding it along the way.
• Weeks with a vehicle swap halfway through are counted per vehicle, on both the renter's and the owner's side.
